11月29日，2025-2026赛季NBL联赛开始了赛季前体测工作。

体测首日所有球队进行了包括身高、体重、臂展、手掌长度、手掌宽度、站立静态摸高六项内容在内的静态指标测量，以及限制区敏捷性移动、3/4场地冲刺跑、原地纵跳摸高、助跑摸高等四项内容在内的动态身体素质测试。除此之外，还进行了综合体能测试，分为负重卧推和负重深蹲两项。
